Dr. Sailor was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Temple University with a BA in Biology in 1967. In 1971 he graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry. He was a Resident, General Practice in the United States Navy 1971-1972. Dr. Sailor received his Certificate in Endodontics from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and also from Albert Einstein Medical Center in 1976.

Dr. Sailor joined North Penn Endodontics in 1976. He is an active member of the AAE, PDA, ADA, Quakertown Study Club, Loius Grossman Study Club, Montgomery Bucks Dental Society and the National Society of Dental Practitioners.

Outside the office, Dr. Sailor enjoys playing tennis, traveling, working out and spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.
