Dr Ingrid is a very sweet person with a real deep passion and love for her career and I am honored to have been recommended to see her for a root canal. She ‘erased’ the decay on a ‘computer screen’ with technology that ‘erased’ the decay from my mouth simultaneously. No surgery! Surgery-less! Yup! Dr Nguyen explained things to me I’m a way I could understand. Sound silly but I like the little thing that keeps your jaw opened but relaxed. And the neck pillow. Basically they make you comfortable when you unfortunately have to get a root canal.

The medical staff is professional and caring and answered all my questions and explained the procedure and possible outcomes. I had to get a root canal done on my tooth and my dentist referred me to North Penn Endodontics and Dr. Greg Newman and I went to read reviews about the office and the dentists there. All the reviews I read about Dr. Greg Newman are absolutely true! I was very nervous going to a new office but what a great dentist he is and makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed once you meet him. He explains your entire procedure step by step as he goes and makes sure you don't feel ANY PAIN whatsoever. I felt so relaxed after my root canal and would return to him if I ever needed other work no doubt at all. He is great at what he does. To all you wimps like me out there ask to see Dr. Greg Newman he is one of the BEST and PAIN FREE dentists I've ever gone to!!!

I have had horrible experiences with previous root canal procedures from different providers, While I can't say it was fun - the experience with Dr. Ingrida was pain free and quick. I would highly recommend anyone needing endodontic service to this practice.

This was my first experience with North Penn Endo for a root canal. Dr. Robert Newmann was excellent and caring. My tooth was difficult and required patience and persistence. I have a feeling other specialists may have given up after a couple attempts, but Dr. Newmann didn't and he saved my tooth. Everything at the Quakertown office was 4 star!

I was in urgent need for an evaluation. I really like their business model and attitude in having open appointments every day for emergencies. I had called another Endodontist before and they could see me by the end of September. I then called NorthPenn early in the morning and they saw me the same day right after noon. Excellent and friendly staff and very competent doctor. I hope I won't have the need again, but if so, I definitely will go back and I will share my experience with others.

Dr. Greg was absolutely terrific. It was like being given a tutorial on root canal procedures. He explained every step of the process and even took the time to show me the actual infection he removed from my molar. He reviewed the X-rays showing me the affected gum areas. This tooth had a prior root canal approximately 12 years earlier. I was always under the impression that after a root canal there was no more feeling left in the tooth. Well, that's not the case since there's still blood circulation and sensitivity remaining. My visit was painless and I appreciated the informative approach. He did a follow-up phone call a few hours later. Also, I need to mention his assistant Marta, was sensational as well. Thank you both for such excellent treatment.

I was very anxious to have a root canal as this was my first experience having one and I went into the office extremely nervous for my appointment. Dr. Kim explained everything in detail and in the past I have had very bad experiences having my mouth numbed, however, I barely felt either shot and started to relax. The procedure was painless and very brief. Everything was explained to me and Dr. Kim regularly asked how I was doing throughout the procedure. I would highly recommend anyone to them and they were worth going out of network for!

If you are afraid of root canals, then please read this review! Dr. Greg Newman is amazing. I have had a lot of issues with the pain from Novocain and bad experiences with needles. Dr. Greg had to give me multiple injections and I didn't feel any of them. I experienced no pain from start to finish and didn't have the usual pain after the procedure. Dr. Greg talked through the whole process before beginning the procedure and also prescribed medicine to avoid pain after the Novocain wore off. I did not experience pain that night and woke up the next morning feeling great. I'm not over exaggerating when I say that I would prefer a root canal from Dr. Greg over a filling at the dentist! I hope this review can set others at ease that need a root canal.

I was referred by my dentist to see Dr. Rob Newman for a root canal on short notice (referred on Monday, appointment on Tuesday afternoon). Dr. Rob looked at my tooth and was surprised that I was referred for a possible root canal. Upon closer examination he discovered that the tooth was cracked. He said he would perform the procedure, but given the crack, he could not guarantee the result. We both concluded that extraction was the best alternative. Through his personal effort he was able to get me in immediately at the oral surgeon across the hall. Dr. Rob showed concern and care for my situation and continued to check on me that evening after my tooth extraction (which he was not involved with). Kudos to him for taking the time to check in with me even though he was not involved in my ultimate procedure.

The procedure was pain free, Dr. Greg and his assistant Brian were so kind and skilled which made my visit so pleasant. And, afterwards, no pain or discomfort - none! After a few days of excrutiating pain, this was a welcomed relief. Dr. Greg even called me that evening to make sure I was doing ok! I slept through the night for the first time in 2 days. I was anxious about having my root canal done, which is why put it off. Since I'm having heart surgery in a couple weeks, it was mandatory to get it taken care off. Drawing Dr. Kang to handle the procedure was a gift. I tend to be anxious in the dentist's chair but I was completely at ease with her. Her assistant, whose name escapes me right now, ws very professional and it impressed ned when he had an issue with the x-ays, how someone else on the staff pitched in and how everyone seemed very comfortable working with each other......

An urgent root canal is what brought me here, but the overall experience is what will have me coming back should I need further endodontic care. I was able to have my consult and procedure all in the same appointment, and because they actually reserve time for emergencies, I was seen the same day I called - you just do not see this with other Endodontic practices. Their availability, knowledge, professionalism, putting patients at ease, minimizing (in my case eliminating) any discomfort leading up to the procedure makes the slight drive more than worth it, and a drive that I would absolutely do again if needed. I usually do not write reviews (positive or negative), BUT, people need to know about North Penn and use them for their Endodontic care. Even if you are not like me and a self proclaimed "Big Baby", when it comes to dental work, you will not be disappointed. AND if you are a Big Baby like me, you will be beyond pleased with the care you receive.
