My experience at North Penn Endo. with Dr Greg Newman was one of the best I've ever had with dental care! The other "best" was with my current regular dentist. The procedure was a root canal. Dr. Newman, very intelligently & in language I could understand, described to me every step of the root canal first! ( no one has ever done this before). This was enlightening and reassuring. As he proceeded, he told me what he was about to do, he asked me if I was OK with each step. His manner was relaxed, adept, focused, empathetic. The assistant Ranada was also kind, careful, personable. That early evening Dr Newman took the time to call me to see how I was feeling after, a courtesy that engenders trust and confidence. My recovery has been smooth so far, almost 2 weeks later. No need for pain pills...I didn't even swell at all. I am very grateful for my experience at North Penn Endodonics with Dr. Greg Newman and am very glad I was referred to his care. I would recommend him to anyone who needed this kind of work.
