As a retired Dentist , found it somewhat annoying to be told that I was being charged for a CBCT scan and a laser treatment when they were unnecessary additions to treatment of # 20 & 21 and not even submitting to my 2 dental plans My previous treatment with the same endodontist remain perfectly fine without the two up charges !!!

My dentist called this practice to see if they could squeeze me in for an emergency same-day root canal after a front tooth broke off while eating and they graciously fit me in. The office was nice with friendly and professional staff. They were up front with pricing and the doctor who treated me was awesome. He was so nice, guided me through the process, was quick and professional with his work. I am so grateful to them for helping me out in a pinch. Will gladly return if needed.

Overall experience was a 10. They took great care of me from reception to Departure. I’m Numbing Agent resistant and Dr Nguyen was very understanding and Patient . The process was well defined and set expectations well. The procedure was as painless as it could be.

The staff were very friendly. I was handed a couple forms to fill out which was expected. Just as I completed the forms they were calling me back already. The staff explained what was going to be happening. The Dr. explained everything very clearly. He was very polite and knowledgeable. It was a good place to drop a couple grand. Lol. This was also explained to me a couple days before I arrived so it didn’t catch me by surprise. I will recommend this place to friends and family for sure. Thank you again

I had an emergency root canal. Dr. Kang was very good. I actually almost fell asleep in a chair. Pain-free. This wasn’t my first root canal I’ve ever had. So I’m used to having them done. She was really good.

Only complaint I had was my prescription was not sent directly to the pharmacy for it to be filled. I had to physically take the prescription to CVS. Most healthcare offices would submit the prescription directly to the pharmacy.
