I broke a tooth and had to have an emergency root canal procedure; I was in a lot of pain. I called this office primarily because they accepted my insurance. But they immediately understood the issue, identified an appointment that gave me enough time to get down there, and in general made it extremely easy. Dr Ingrida was incredible. I had never had a root canal done before and didn't know much about the process. She made me feel comfortable, was very soothing, and immediately got started. She explained each step of the process and made sure I was comfortable. People talk about how horrible root canals are; this was almost enjoyable (because the pain was gone 🙂 and not at all uncomfortable. I felt that I was in good hands every step of the way. She also followed up in the evening to check on me. I just scheduled my follow-up appointment. If I need any other endodontic work I will definitely use this practice again, even though they are not close to where I live.

Doctor made me feel very much at ease for my root canal procedure. Dr. Neumann talked to me throughout the procedure and helped relieve the anxiety I was feeling. He even contacted me later in the evening to make sure all was ok. Would definitely recommend him to anyone having an endodontic procedure!

I've had two prior Root Canals (not at North Penn for sure) over the years. The first was fine; the second, a disaster!! Because of that experience I'm the biggest baby when it comes to any type of pain, just ask Brian and Dr. Gregory. I was actually going to opt for an extraction of the tooth. My primary dentist assured me a 95% pleasant experience at North Penn Endodontics and should reconsider. I'm truly glad I listened and saved the tooth. Please, trust your Endo care to North Penn, I of course would suggest asking for Dr. Gregory Newman but I'm sure all the doctor are excellent! I've already suggested my son Ryan to go to North Penn and Dr. Gregory Newman for his procedure.

When Dr. Kim explained the Apicoectomy procedure to me in fine detail and referred me to the video on your website I felt extremely comfortable when it came time for my appointment. I mention this since I've had bad experinces in the dentist's chair (as a youngster) and am wary of anthing dental. By the time I'd sat in his chair and received the novacaine I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep! Marta was kind and gentle as well. Things couldn't have gone better. Their explanation of aftercare was thorough and complete. I would definitely refer anyone to North Penn Endodontics.

My family dentist suggested that I see an endodontist as she suspected I needed a root canal; WOW, what a way to start the day! She gave me the information for North Penn Endodontics, Lansdale Office. I called and made an appointment, and that is where the excellent patient care began. The entire staff was professional and friendly as I express my fear and trepidation over having to get a root canal. Dr. Greg Newman walked into the treatment room and assured me everything would be ok. He explained the anatomy of the tooth and why a root canal was necessary, he also explained what was going to happen and while performing the treatment he told me what he was doing. Never have I had a dentist do that and I can honestly say it alleviated a great deal of my anxiety. True to his word, all went well and Dr. Greg even called that evening to check that all was still ok. So, I say a big KUDOS to the entire staff at North Penn Endodontics, Lansdale Office.
