Dr Gregory Newman explained the whole root canal procedure to me as well as reviewed the x-rays with me. The process was pain free. He put me at ease, which was so important . I will gladly refer him to friends.

There are many aspects to the fear of Dentistry issue. A major one for me is feeling out of control. I found this alleviated by the care taken, by both the Doctor and his assistant, in keeping me informed throughout the procedure. Letting me know in advance what kind of sound I will be hearing and how it would feel inside of my mouth helped me to feel somewhat in control of the experience. They gave me a bit of power in the chair.

I was referred to Dr. Sean Nguyen by my general dentist for a root canal re-do, and was so happy about the entire professional experience. Dr. Nguyen's great skills plus the new microscopes technology use made me feel so comfortable while he was operating, and I didn't really feel anything until he finished. Instead of three visits in my previous root-canals, my treatment with Dr. Nguyen was done perfectly in one visit. The entire office is nice and clean and is really a place can be trusted to have your teeth treated! Dr. Dapkute was so good with me. I have very high anxiety with the dentist, especially for a root canal. She put me at ease. She was extremely understanding when I was very upset in the chair for my initial evaluation and when I came in today for the root canal she told me that we would be laughing and we were. She did a great job with numbing me up and putting me at ease. Fortunately, I had no pain at all during the procedure. Right now I barely have any pain. But more importantly I just had ice cream and it was like a dream eating it because I had absolutely no pain. I am looking forward to soon being able to chew on my left side again! Thank you, Dr. Dapkute!!

I was in pain so excruciating that I was comparing it to labor pains!! I called the office and was able to get an appt 2 hrs later. When I got to the office I was immediately taken in the back and had treatment started right away! Dr. Newman explained the whole root canal procedure to me in detail and immediately put my mind at ease! He worked quickly and proficiently and had me feeling like a new person in about an hour! I was in a lot of pain that day and everyone was very understanding and compassionate. It was nice that everyone's top priority was getting me some relief as soon as possible.
