Let's face it, most folks are not thrilled about dental visits. I've been fortunate to have had basic routine dental care/maintenance during my life. Recently, however, I experienced 2 weeks of horrendous pain. Referred by my dentist, I called; was able to make an appt. for the very same day. Within a few hours, my problem was resolved. Entire staff put me at immediate ease. Dr. Greg is a rare find nowadays - caring, thorough, humorous - explains the procedure prior to, during and afterward. AND, he goes the extra mile with a follow-up call later in the evening to ensure you are okay. TOTALLY AWESOME!!! Much gratitude to you and your TEAM of professionals.

A very pleasant experience from beginning through completion. The surgery done was of the highest possible competency; did not need any pain killers post op! I have been seen in both Ft. Washington office by Dr. Salin (last year) and Dr. Ingrid last week. In both cases I was referred by my Dentist for an emergency the same day. They were able to accommodate me quickly and I absolutely loved the care I received and both Doctors made me at ease as I am not a good Dental patient. If I ever need this procedure again, it will definitely be with one of these Doctors.

Been dealing with multiple med and dental issues so not a simple straightforward patient here. Initial Med & dental contacts were likely competent but not much more than that. Then was lucky enough to find Dr Deasy @ OMS who led me to Dr Salin @ North Penn. My main home is in SD with a 2nd place here in PA, but all my future dental work will go through one or both of these truly patient-oriented, extraordinary professionals who are also plain old good people. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I had a nerve that was dying requiring a root canal, and was about to leave on vacation. I called on Thursday afternoon and they were able to get me an appointment the following Monday. The office staff was friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. The actual root canal was so painless I actually fell asleep during the procedure. While I hope to never require their services again, if I do I will not hesitate to return.

Today I experienced root canal therapy for the first time. I was quite nervous. The staff, from the receptionist/administrative assistant, doctor's assistant, and the doctor, were exceptional in every way. I was quickly put at ease. The procedure was explained well. If you want perfection for a root canal problem, Dr. Greg Newman should be your doctor. Everything is explained in easily comprehensible terms by Dr. Newman with accompanying 'Digital Pictures' [Not X-Rays] and an extremely knowledgeable and caring staff.I would like to think he has earned the right to be called an 'Endodontist's Endodontist'.

No matter how high my expectations could have been, my experience exceded it. Dr. Kim was kind and compassionate and greatly skilled. He adjusted his technique to my problem with positional vertigo. I NEVER felt a thing. Was in the office on 4/9/15 for a route canal retreatment performed by Dr. Newman (Robert). He had an extremely hard time removing the post to get to the area that needed to be retreated. Dr. Newman was persistent and able to remove the post (said it was one of the most difficult he has ever seen in practice). I believe most dentists would have given up after the 45 minutes or so that Dr. Newman spent trying to save the tooth and prevent an implant (which would have been much more costly). Dr. Newman explained the whole process to me during the procedure and routinely made sure I was comfortable throughout. Dr. Newman successfully retreated the area, took x-rays and showed me exactly what he had done. I was put on antibiotics and over the counter NSAIDS for pain control. Dr. Newman even called and left a message on my cell phone that same night, making sure I was doing well and to call the office if I was experiencing any problems. Dr. Newman and the North Penn Endodontics team are consummate professionals, who clearly take pride in their work and deliver a high quality of service to their patients. As someone who works in the healthcare industry, I can say they go above and beyond the normal standards of care delivery and give them my highest recommendation. Thanks for all your hard work and efforts and keep up the great work!

I've had a problem with a back tooth that I tried to ignore. The pain got progressivel worse and needed to have it fixed. I was referred to Dr Greg Newman by my dentist. This as the third ime I've used his services. Each time has been an almost painless experience. Excellent Doctor, experience, staff, device, and convience. In fact my procedure was this morning...it's 9:30pm...he just called me to see how I am.....amazing.

Root canals are not a pleasant experience, but everyone made this as comfortable for me as possible. The Dr. was very experienced and professional, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect for me before I left the office.

I have had many root canals over my lifetime, consequently when I have one scheduled I have the usual patient anxiety issues. Yesterday I had an appointment with Dr Ingrida Dapkute for a root canal procedure. I must say that I left the office totally pleased with the outcome. I experienced absolutely no pain or pressure during the procedure, or afterwards. Dr Dapkute, and her assistant, worked very well as a team and I was very impressed with their professionalism and caring attitude. During the procedure they constantly asking me how I felt. What really impressed me was receiving a call from Dr Dapkute (not a member of the staff) around 8:30 PM asking me how I felt and if I needed anything be sure to call back. In all my experiences with DDS's and DMD's I have never experienced the a followup call to my home to find out how I was doing. I would highly recommend Dr Dapkute for any root canal work you may need.
