I arrived at North Penn Endodontics with almost out of control anxiety but was quickly put somewhat at ease. Dr. Newman had such a quiet, calm approach and talked through out my procedure which calmed me to the point of becoming a bit detached and interested in what was happening from an observational stand point. I am sorry to say I can't remember the name of his assistant but she not only listened to me but heard my unspoken concerns. Well done
