I needed a root canal and I was rather worried about it (anxiety). Incredible experience for this root canal procedure. I was greeted by Dr. Kim when I was in the Dental chair as he went over my health chart. After the background review, Dr. Kim explained in short what would be done. X-rays were taken. Once the procedure started, Dr. Kim explained everything he was doing at the time he was doing it. He also indicated that I was to raise my left hand if I felt any discomfort (I never raised my hand). Once the procedure was over, Dr. Kim asked that I look at the post x-ray with him. He showed me in detail what was done and what I could expect once the numbness wore off. Dr. Kim was extremely professional, sensitive but also focused on the task at hand. It was an immaculate dental office, from the reception office, to the rest room and the procedure room. This was an incredible and very good experience for me, and I would recommend asking for Dr. Kim if you need this procedure. A true professional.
