The person who scheduled me was very professional and did everything she could to schedule me. My main concern was that if there would not have been a cancellation on the day that I called for the appointment I would have had to wait 5 days to see a Dr. I was experiencing severe pain in my jaw and ear from the infection. The pain started over night on a Friday and continued over the weekend. I called first thing on Monday morning to schedule an appointment. When I was told that I would have to wait till Friday another 5 days I asked her to check if there was any way to have someone see me sooner. There was a cancellation for later on in the day so I took that appointment. Its unfortunate that you would keep a person in severe pain to have to wait 5 more days to be seen.
