The first four yes and no questions on this survey could be selected as yes, but did not remain selected. A glitch in the system. I thank you even though the scheduling process was a bit chaotic. I trust the broken off drill bit in my tooth will not cause problems. You were there when I need pain relief. Thank you.

The Dr was great. She examined me and explained procedure. Assured me if I experienced any pain to raise my left hand. I did not experience any pain. I did not appreciate the music there were a number of rap songs with foul language that I heard between other popular songs. I suggest a more suitable popular music station. The tech and the doctor were also discussing a staff problem. They did not disclose and name. As a retired RN I felt that was not an appropriate time to discuss a personnel problem while working in my mouth. Other than those two situations I had a spectacular experience.

From the moment I contacted the office, everyone was friendly and supportive providing details ahead of time. They answered any questions I had as well. i appreciated the contact a few days before the appointment informing me of my costs. Dr. Greg Newman was thorough, explaining everything he was going to do as well as when he was doing my root canal. His bedside manner is one of the best I've experienced and would highly recommend him to anyone! Marta, the tech, was also friendly and welcoming. Best first root canal experience and eased any anxiety I may have had from the moment I walked in to my appointment!
