This is my second time to North Penn Endodontics for root canal treatment over two years. They were challenging root canals to treat and is why my dentist sent me to North Penn Endodontics. All the staff here are always professional and personable. Dr. Ingrida Dapkute treated me both times and she is an excellent dentist specializing in difficult cases. She is professional and personable and I always request her and am always glad to see her. She explains everything she did clearly after completing the work. The person who scheduled me was very professional and did everything she could to schedule me. My main concern was that if there would not have been a cancellation on the day that I called for the appointment I would have had to wait 5 days to see a Dr. I was experiencing severe pain in my jaw and ear from the infection. The pain started over night on a Friday and continued over the weekend. I called first thing on Monday morning to schedule an appointment. When I was told that I would have to wait till Friday another 5 days I asked her to check if there was any way to have someone see me sooner. There was a cancellation for later on in the day so I took that appointment. Its unfortunate that you would keep a person in severe pain to have to wait 5 more days to be seen.

This is the second time I have had "Dr. Rob" Neuman for a root canal issue. His concern for his patient is excellent and his concern that "you are ok" during the procedure is very comforting, especially when your mouth is open and you are shot full with Novocain. Follow up instructions were also very helpful to give you the knowledge of "do's and don'ts following the procedure.

Brian (the assistant) was wonderful with regard to getting me situated and settled as well as taking X-rays. Dr. Robert Newman was gentle, professional and thorough. He took the time necessary to resolve my issues, communicated clearly with my referring dentist, and took the time to explain things to me. He gave me actionable advice in understandable terms. I sat in Dr Ingrida Dapkute's chair for the first time, for an emergency referral procedure and I have to say Dr Dapkute is at the top of her game. The procedure was clear, clean and thorough and about as high tech as I've yet to experience. And all this during the height of the Covid epidemic. I'd happily sit in her chair again, if it wasn't for the fact that these procedures are not necessary with healthy teeth. Take care of your teeth.

First of all, I have extreme dental anxiety. I've had some bad experiences in the past and was actually coming in with a problem originating from another dentist. The office staff and assistant went out of their way to make me feel better. Dr. Kim was absolutely wonderful. He was gentle and explained each step of the procedure with me. At no time did I feel uncomfortable. While I still can't say I would look forward to another visit, I would not hesitate to schedule with Dr. Kim again should another problem arise.

I came to the office under very stressful circumstances. General dentist had told me there was nothing wrong after I complained to her about increasing pain in tooth #15. I knew better, being a plaintiff's dental malpractice attorney. Saw Dr. Salin, whom I did not know previously. She and her tech assistant Nicole immediately put me at ease, took xrays, and Donna did a wonderful pre-op exam, determining that I did indeed need root canal in tooth #15, as I suspected. She removed all three roots in the tooth, all of which were necrotic and infected. This wonderful procedure basically saved my new kidney, which I acquired by Transplant in November, 2019. I hate like hell to think what would have happened if I did not get this intervention at this time, possibly risking a systemic infection and destroying my new kidney. Thanks also to the office staff, who listened attentively to my story, and got me in a day earlier than scheduled because of a cancellation. I would recommend Donna and her staff unqualifiedly to anyone.

I had Dr. Greg Newman who squeezed me in for an Emergency appointment the same day my dentist requested me to go. He was PHENOMENAL!!!! He talked me through the whole thing ahead of time he talked me through everything as he was doing each sections of steps and he showed me on the poster of the different parts of the tooth that he would be working on and how he goes in and does everything. He called me that night to check on me to see how I was doing. VERY CARING and VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! FYI I am deathly petrified of needles and he talked to me the whole entire time he was giving me the needles and I didn’t even feel them at all!! I had no idea I was getting needles. Thanks again Dr. Greg you went above and beyond!!!

This practice is AMAZING! Unfortunately, I had to get two root canals in a month's time and although everyone told me how terrible root canals were, this was not the case at North Penn Endo. From the schedulers, to the front desk, to Dr Greg and Dr. Rob (I had both!) people were AMAZING! I felt absolutely no pain and they explained everything as they were doing it, finishing in an hour's time. I've never written a review before but this is one of the best medical practices I've ever been to. Thanks to all of you at North Penn Endo. and especially to both Doctors for making this such a surprisingly good experience! Dr. Kim took the time to answer all my questions, some unrelated to the problem of the day. They were also well equipped to provide services during the current pandemic. I am in a high risk group. Wow. I am so happy! this was my first root canal. I had an abscess tooth on my back molar and was suffering for two months. I was extremely nervous about getting it done. Dr. Newman and his assistant were awesome. Not only kind and made me feel at ease but I could feel how good they were at what they do and it really helped calm me down. I had some pretty deep roots , but I have to say yesterday and today I only feel slight discomfort. Took some advil and it went away. I will go back for a recheck in 90 days. Dr. Newman actually called me last night to make sure I was doing ok. That says alot. I would highly recommend. AND if you are reading this because you are so nervous about having a root canal done , I promise you I had NO pain during the procedure at all. also the woman at the front desk was so super nice!!

During the COV19 pandemic I was in need of a root canal. Another endodontist had attempted but was unable to complete it. Fortunately I was able to secure an appointment (40 miles away) at North Penn with Dr. Robert Newman. Without going into detail this was a difficult procedure. Dr. Rob completed the job and I was on my way. No pain and no meds. There are guys that are good, some are better, a few are outstanding, Dr. Newman is exceptional. Thanks Doc!
