Dr. Greg Newman and his staff were nothing short of AMAZING! Besides being in a ton of pain, this was my first root canal ever so needless to say I was a bit hesitant and very nervous. His bedside manner was so calming and he is extremely knowledgable about what he does. These were two major things that made it a pleasant experience. Dr. Newman explained the entire procedure before he did it and then also explained as we were going through it. His humor throughout the treatment also made for an easier experience. The staff was helpful and super nice. I have already recommended him to friends and family who are in need of getting theirs fixed due to an inexperienced practitioner. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Doctor Ingrida explained everything to me each step of the way so I knew what to expect and it put me at ease. I had to have a root canal done very last minute. Fortunately for me there was a cancellation and the office was able to scheduled me in right away. Dr Newman did the root canal and it went so well. I had no pain during the root canal and I had no side affects from medication. I had very little after pain or swelling afterwards. I would highly recommend Dr Newman. I also appreciated Renata Dr Newman’s assistant as she was very focused on assisting with this procedure. Thank you so much for making me be able to relax through the whole procedure. I will definitely go back to them if ever anything like this needed to be done again.

Friday I went to my Family Dentist and received antibiotics and a referral to North Penn Endo. Although I had never been seen by this practice when I experienced complications over the weekend (Saturday) Dr. Kim (who was brilliant) called me back with-in 20 mins. spent well over 20 mins on the phone with me and even CALLED ME on SUNDAY to follow up on how I was doing. On Mon morning the wonderful staff gave me a morning appointment with Dr.Newman (who was also brilliant) he explained Everything and to spite all of the time and effort spent by himself Dr. Kim & his staff, he recommended the treatment option that would not provide financial compensation for his practice.The kindness of these Doctors and their staff is only exceeded by their integrity & how knowledgeable they are. I have a complex medical situation they could have done expensive procedures that would through no fault of there own have likely failed not by dentistry standards but by the standards of my medical situation. This practice processes the most important quality you can look for in ANY area of life... kindness, knowledge and most importantly integrity. I am forever grateful.

Dr Robert Newman was seen and referred by my dentist for a root canal. He could not do it since the adjoining tooth needed to be extracted. Once the tooth was removed he did the root canal and mentioned there was a crack in the tooth he was working on. Saw my dentist the following day for crown

From the receptionist to the dental assistant to the doctor, I was made to feel very comfortable. Dr. Gregory Newman is, without a doubt, the best doctor I have had the pleasure of visiting. Dr. Gregory Newman is by far the best dentist I have been too in 20+ years. He is so caring and explains everything in laymen terms to you. He talked through the whole root canal procedure and put my mind at ease since I was very nervous about having this done. The call I received from him last night was absolutely appreciated.....in today's world, there should be more professionals like him. I arrived at your Quakertown office with what my dentist called a complicated root canal because of the root configuration throughout the tooth and up into my gum line. Suffering from an abscess and on antibiotics for infection, my hometown dentist in NJ suggested I look for an endodontist in Pa as I was in-between residences and temporarily living with my brother in Lansdale. Being greeted by you and your friendly, confident, and welcoming practice team, it became undeniably evident that your office was the right place for my needs. Two hours of unwavering search and rescue efforts in your chair, concluded successfully with a well satisfied and infection-free patient! I had no post-op discomfort and only took one extra strength Tylenol last evening as general practice to help minimize inflammation during the night. As I am packing to move to Manhattan this Saturday and could not afford any down time, your level of expertise is most valued and appreciated! I have benefited from the services of North Penn Endodontics both at the Lansdale and the Quakertown locations. My experiences are entirely positive, and the treatment outcomes were extremely successful. Considering the expensive equipment needed, along with the education and experience of the practitioner, pricing is very fair. My most recent visit with Dr. Ingrid Dapkute involved a very difficult and tedious root canal because the dead tooth had manufactured calcium to seal up the canal, making it questionable whether or not the procedure could be successfully undertaken. Dr. Ingrid carefully explained the problem, and what could be done if she was unable to clean out the canals. She was willing to try, and while it was a lengthy procedure, her careful, meticulous work made for perfect success.

Finding out that I needed to go to another dentist other than my own for a root canal caused me great anxiety. Having had some bad experiences in the past caused me to be extremely nervous. However, that changed when I met Dr. Gregory Newman and his staff. I cannot say enough about them. I had a great experience at NPE. This was my first root canal, and I was a bit worried about how it would go down even though my dentist recommended these guys highly. I had nothing to worry about. Dr. Greg Newman was professional and very kind. He explained the entire procedure before hand and promised he would make it as comfortable as possible. The only pain I felt was a slight amount when the needle went in to numb my jaw, which is to be expected, but even that was minimal. Doc was patient and allowed for the medicine to kick in. He even tested my tooth several times with a cold q-tip to make sure I couldn't feel anything before he began. The whole process took less than an hour. I can't emphasize enough that it was extremely pleasant as far as dental procedures go. Since he was explaining what he was doing as he went, I found the whole process to be fascinating rather than unpleasant. His assistant (I think his name was Brian) was also pretty helpful and kept the suction thing where it needed to be so I didn't spend the whole hour choking on my own spit. Most times when you go to a doctor or a dentist, you are rushed in and out and you leave with more questions than you had when you started. This experience was the opposite of that. To top it off, the doctor himself called me later in the evening just to make sure everything was good on my end (and I can't believe how little pain I feel after this). Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this practice to just about anything.
